Joining EMLS is Straightforward
PLEASE NOTE:
- All public sector bodies who signed an MOU under the previous 2022 – 2026 framework agreement are eligible to join the new consortium by completing the form below.
- New applicants must also complete the steps below but
a) local authorities and parish councils will be able to join automatically
b) other public sector bodies will need approval from the EMLS management board
- ALL organisations must enter into an Agreement of Adherence with the Consortium Agreement both of which can be found here along with an advice note from DAC Beachcroft and a draft decision report.
Please complete our request to join form below.
Your request to join must come from the chief legal officer, or equivalent, and include the names, titles & email addresses of
- The officer who will be authorised to execute the Agreement of Adherence;
- The officer to whom important updates should be sent and
- Those officers who are authorised to give instructions to the partner firms.
When you are notified that your request has been accepted, the authorised officer will be sent the Agreement of Adherence with West Northamptonshire Council to sign and return. You will not be able access the framework or take advantage of the added value offers, such as the training, until that signed Agreement is returned to West Northamptonshire Council and executed by them.
All authorised officers will be sent details on how to register onto the website which will enable them to see, amongst other things:
- Details of each partner firm including their lead contact
- The fixed hourly rates charged by each firm
- Details about how to make a call off
- Training materials
- Lots of information about our added value services and how to access them.
