Course overview

The training will include an overview of the planning enforcement process. It will also review significant recent case law and provide practical tips to achieve successful enforcement. Practical guidance on the determination of certificates of lawful use will also be provided.

Presenter profiles:

Bob is a Partner in the Planning team. He has also worked at a senior level in local government including monitoring officer and head of legal roles in addition to specialising in planning and infrastructure.

He has considerable experience of all aspects of planning law and related law and regularly advises on enforcement issues .and lawful use certificates
