Organisations in the public and private sector are facing challenging times with reducing budgets, increasing client expectations and the introduction of new technologies. All too often, organisations and those who work for them recognise that change is required but struggle to make it happen.
This interactive and engaging session explores practical approaches to overcoming and barriers to change that organisation face. The session is suitable for anyone interested in making changes that result in positive outcomes, and is relevant to all levels and professional backgrounds.

Presenter profiles:
Annie Moy, Sharpe Pritchard specialises in public procurement and commercial contracts, with particular experience in social infrastructure schemes. Annie is the lead partner responsible for education projects and regularly advises on the establishment and construction of new schools and associated community facilities and on the conversion, transfer and re-brokerage of academies. Annie also advises on strategic technology projects, social care projects, regeneration schemes, housing, PPP and PFI projects.
Debbie Bondi, Sharpe Pritchard is an accomplished business development professional with over 20 years’ experience and a strong background in supporting and leading transformation projects, developing commercial opportunities and using technology to effect change.
She has extensive experience of working with clients to design, establish and deliver major projects. She is a skilled interim project manager and is respected for her practical approach which focuses on delivery. Previous clients include public, private and not-for profit organisations in a range of sectors including local government, education, retail, finance and telecoms.
