This seminar is designed for local authority lawyers who prepare and present prosecutions and enforcement files. It would benefit those defending and prosecuting criminal offences for the member Authorities.
It will refresh their skills in cross examination and feature an update on developments and legal challenges particularly in respect of Health & Safety.
The interactive workshop will allow delegates to present a file of their own acting out the role of advocate. Junior Counsel will also be on hand to help hone delegate’s skills.
