Train the Trainer

The Train the Trainer course will be held on 21 April 2016, 10.00 – 11.30am at Freeths Nottingham office with video conferencing to Freeths offices in Birmingham, Derby, Leeds, Leicester, London, Manchester, Milton Keynes, Oxford, Sheffield and Stoke.

Our aim for the 2016/17 Programme is to make courses even better and, with the emphasis of the SRA now on demonstrating competence and reflective learning, we want all courses to be practical and interactive with plenty of opportunities for discussion and reflection.  We are very grateful to have had so many offers to present from colleagues at member authorities and really value your expertise and practical experience.

I am delighted to tell you that we are including a ‘Train the Trainer’ course in this year’s Programme and we really hope that everyone who is presenting a course will attend.

The course will be delivered by Lyn Sugden from Gedling Borough Council.

Lyn is a Solicitor at Gedling and also has many years experience as a lecturer for the Open University.  The course will focus on how to make courses more interactive and how to engage the audience.
