Presenter profiles:

Andrew Hopkin, Browne Jacobson, specialises in regulatory work, defending corporate bodies and individuals in prosecutions brought by regulators such as the Health and Safety Executive, Environment Agency and local authorities. He also prosecutes cases advising and representing organisations such as Natural England, the Marine Management Organisation and fire authorities.

Carl May-Smith, Browne Jacobson, a former Senior Crown Prosecutor, specialises in regulatory and criminal advice and advocacy; advises public bodies on enforcement; advocacy in criminal courts, regulatory tribunals and inquests.
