Course overview

Suitable audience:

Anyone advising on contentious or non contentious public procurement cases


An in depth look at the changes introduced by the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and the Concessions Regulations 2016; focussing on the principal opportunities and risks that have arisen since the changes to the regulatory regime.

An examination of the litigation process focussing on the intricacies of public procurement challenges with some discussion of the future shape of such litigation.

Martin Vincent, Weightmans is a partner with expertise in contentious and non contentious public procurement. He advises Universities, local authorities, health trusts and others in compliance and risk. Martin has lead procurement functions in industry and the public sector.
