Course overview

The training seminar will incorporate an overview of the different models being used in housing delivery including housing companies, institutional investment, right to buy models, community land trust models and joint ventures.

Regeneration

Duration: Half a day (3 training hours) including lunch

Matthew Waters is a Partner within Bevan Brittan’s Commercial & Infrastructure Department. He specialises in advising public, private and third sectors on projects related to housing, infrastructure and delivery of public services.
