Presenter profiles:

Ashley Norman, Bevan Brittan is an employment law specialist with particular experience in the healthcare, local government, education, social housing, financial institutions and retail markets. He specialises in managing discrimination disputes and has handled many substantial race and disability claims for clients. Ashley’s experience ranges from internal disciplinary and grievance levels, up to representing matters in the Court of Appeal.

James Gutteridge, Bevan Brittan advises both public and private sector employers in all areas of contentious and non-contentious employment and HR matters.

David Potter, Freeths is an experienced employment lawyer who mainly acts for employers in both the private and public sectors. He deals with all aspects of employment law and practice; including strategic advice, reviews of policies, and procedures and contracts of employment. David is recognised as an “Elite Leading Lawyer” in Employment by The Legal 500.

Matt McBride, Freeths has over fifteen years of experience of advising on employment law issues in the public and private sector. He also provides a wide range of training to lawyers and managers.
