Course overview

The course will give an overview and update on GDPR issues and will also look at ways of handling a breach.

• Drafting tips to deal with GDPR – as a controller or a processor
• Practical workshop

Duration: Half a day (3 training hours) including lunch

Presenter profiles:

Victoria has acquired an expertise in GDPR issues through her involvement in commercial contracts which deal with these issues. She has brought that expertise to advise public bodies on their data protection and GDPR policies and procedures.

Euros heads up Weightmans’ business crime team. An experienced regulatory and criminal lawyer, Euros advises corporates and senior individuals on a variety of business crime issues including privacy breaches and regulatory action by the ICO.

His team is available 24/7 to deal with both cyber and non-cyber breaches, working closely with you and the regulator to achieve the best outcome
